This place used to be an "ehhhh " I'll pass , stop in and get a coke type of spots if i am thirsty. I do agree with Steve this place did a FULL 180 . Their previous hoagies the rolls they used were sub par... (Sorry Amoroso .. not a fan) Its like they got hit with a dose of wake up or get out lets put a different store in here. It is a lot cleaner, more open, friendlier staff.. and better sandwiches. If you are not in a sandwich mood go with some of their other dishes.. the chicken is better, they have an anti pasta spread which is pretty good. The rolls is seeded almost , well pretty close to a sarcone roll, the meats are better.. better taste to it, they use fresh shredded lettuce, before they used to let that sit in a dish over night and have that mushy metallic taste. If you were to venture go with an Italian hoagie... .. their turkey , and or their roast beef... or just get all 3

I really like Gladwyne Market. It's a small market that has your typical snacks and deli meats, as well as a kitchen that makes food and sets it out for anyone to buy. The deli is by far my favorite part: I normally get a roast beef sandwich, but the deli provides all types of sandwiches, ranging from sausage egg and cheese to hoagies and turkey specials. If your looking for a nice lunch to pick up one day, here's the place.

I've been to this place probably 100 times as i use to work nearby. The food is always consistant. Not always the best, but consistant. The staff is all so nice and friendly, they also have great sushi. Beware, the woman who works their register during the week can be exteremly difficult to handle.

Great local market. They offer wonderful cooked foods and also cater. The market also offers house accounts which is so convenient!

Most disgusting place in the main line. I saw the cook drop a pot roast on the dirty floor, it actually rolled a few times and then he put it back on the counter to slice it up. I said something to him and his response was "Pete the owner would kill me if I wasted an entire pot roast. It only touched the floor for a few seconds". I asked how old the nova lox were and the guy behind the counter called me an asshol* when I walked away. The owner Pete is probably the most miserable and meanest person in the place which is why the sentiment of the employees are what they are. The place is filthy. And the best part is, that all of these bottom of the barrel and disgruntled employees constantly complain about how much they hate all of these "rich" people with their Mercedes and BMWs. Their other market in Lafayette Hill faces about the same review but not as bad as this one. Try to tell the manager Rick about any of these problems and its like talking to the wall. STAY AWAY!!!

Can't get enough of their prepared foods! The problem is there's always too many good things to choose from - but I just get a bunch of stuff for the next few days. This place cooks like I cook - with love, passion and common sense. Keep it up! Oh, and the Latino looking guy behind the counter is super pleasant and helpful.

Food is Good. People are nice. Easy in and out. Prepared meals available ($$$). Sandwiches made to order. Today I bought my last sandwich there after watching the preparer go down to the basement to get more lunchmeat. He slid his hands down the railings, which is a safe thing to do--but he never changed the food prep gloves when he returned--even after he rubbed his nose.
